Destiny, from a very young age, always knew the hair salon was where she was meant to be. Growing up with a hair stylist, she was constantly engulfed in the salon environment and inspired by the ever-changing industry. Right after high school she took the on the opportunity to make her dream a reality and started attending The Salon Professional Academy. She started working as an assistant in a salon and even took advanced classes in The Salon Professional Academy such as Balayage Technique and social media. After graduating and receiving her cosmetology license in June of 2016 she continues her education by attending biweekly classes at Salon Seraphim to develop her techniques even more in color, cutting and styling. In July 2017 she became certified in Brazilian Blowouts and October 2017 attended the Bumble and Bumble University in New York City.

Marina has a lifelong-passion for design and creative pursuits. In 2010, she joined Salon Seraphim where her creative talents have benefited many happy clients. A self-described health nut, Marina is an advocate for clean eating and only uses local, organic products that are not tested on animals.
